摘要:
[目的]工程车夜间作业的传统管理流程存在协同困难、车站出清状态不明确、工程车上线作业数受限等问题,严重影响了作业效率。对此,有必要提出一种新的工程车夜间作业管理流程。[方法]分析传统工程车夜间作业流程效率低的成因,基于工程车联控辅助系统,提出全新的工程车夜间作业电子化管理流程。从作业效率与安全防护方面,将电子化管理流程与传统管理流程进行比较。在上海轨道交通2号线对电子化管理流程进行功能测试。[结果及结论]工程车夜间作业电子化管理流程能实现对夜间工程车相关信息和作业情况的实时跟踪,能及时预警潜在风险,减少了各节点互相等待反馈结果的时间,其单一节点下的处理流程更独立且连贯,提升了工程车夜间作业的整体协同效率,进而提高了作业效率。
Abstracts:
[Objective] The traditional management process for engineering vehicle night-time operations faces challenges such as poor coordination, unclear station clearance status, and limited number of on-line engineering vehicle operations, which significantly impact operational efficiency. Therefore, it is necessary to propose a new management process for engineering vehicle night-time operations. [Method] The causes of inefficiencies in the traditional engineering vehicle night-time operation process are analyzed. Based on the engineering vehicle joint control and assistance system, a new electronic management process for night time operations is proposed. The electronic management process is compared with the traditional management process in terms of operational efficiency and safety protection. Functional testing of the electronic management process is conducted on Shanghai Rail Transit Line 2. [Result & Conclusion] The electronic management process for engineering vehicle night-time operations enables real-time tracking of the related information and operation status for engineering vehicles, provides early warnings of potential risks, and reduces the time spent waiting for feedback between various nodes. The handling process under a single node becomes more independent and coherent, enhancing the overall coordination efficiency of engineering vehicle night-time operations and thereby improving operational efficiency.
