摘要:
[目的]研究双流制列车交直流转换工况下的辅助变流器(辅变)启停控制策略,以及列车空调系统启动控制策略,以避免辅变过流/过载故障,保障列车运行性能。[方法]以重庆跳磴至江津线双流制列车为研究对象,综合考虑地面信标信号、辅变工作状态及中压负载工作状态等信号,制定合理的辅变停机与启动策略。具体为:在列车即将进入无电区时,先停止列车空调负载,再关闭辅助电源。此外,结合辅变工作状态和中压负载容量,分析辅变与中压负载的匹配关系,制定合理的列车空调系统停机与启动时序。[结果及结论]新策略有效解决了辅变在交直流区间切换时的过流或过载故障问题。同时,新的列车空调系统启动控制策略避免了辅变启动过程中的过流或过载问题,显著提高了列车运行稳定性。
Abstracts:
[Objective] The start-stop control strategy for the auxiliary power converter (APC) under AC/DC conversion conditions of dualcurrent trains, and for train HAVC(heating, ventilation and air conditioning) system are studied, aiming to avoid APC overcurrent/overload failure and ensure train operation performance. [Method] Taking the dual-current train of the Tiaodeng to Jiangjin line in Chongqing as the research object, a reasonable APC stop and start strategy is formulated upon comprehensive consideration of ground beacon signals, APC working status and medium-voltage load working status. Specifically, when the train is about to enter the power-free area, the train HAVC load is stopped first, and then the auxiliary power supply is turned off. In addition, combined with APC working status and the medium-voltage load capacity, the matching relationship between APC and the medium-voltage load is analyzed, and a reasonable train HAVC system stop and start timing sequence is formulated. [Result & Conclusion] The new strategy effectively solves APC overcurrent or overload fault problems during AC/DC conversion. At the same time, the new train HAVC system startup control strategy avoids the overcurrent or overload problems during APC startup process, significantly improving the train operation stability.
