摘要:
[目的]当前城市轨道交通供电系统面临监控信息交互与融合度低、电能管理功能不均衡、供电运维系统性不足和智能化程度低等问题,故有必要研究城市轨道交通绿智供电系统的设计,构建具备具有全息感知、信息交互、重构自愈、智能运维等功能的智能供电系统,以实现城市轨道交通安全可靠、智慧高效、绿色低碳、高质量及可持续发展的要求。[方法]基于对城市轨道交通供电系统的构成、特点和需求分析,提出以智能供电设施为基础,集成智能电力调度系统、电能管理系统和智能供电运维管理系统三大核心业务功能的城市轨道交通智能供电系统架构,并阐述了各板块的功能及技术要求。[结果及结论]城市轨道交通智能供电系统可实现电力调度智能化、设备运维科学化、业务流程规范化及资产管理明晰化等目标,为城市轨道交通供电系统新线建设、既有线更新改造迈向“绿智化”提供借鉴。
Abstracts:
[Objective] At present, the urban rail transit power supply system faces problems such as low monitoring information interaction and integration, unbalanced power management functions, insufficient systemization and low intelligence in power supply operation and maintenance. Therefore, it is necessary to study the design of a green and intelligent power supply system for urban rail transit and build an intelligent power supply system with holographic perception, information interaction, reconstruction self-healing, intelligent operation and maintenance, so as to achieve the requirements of a safe and reliable, intelligent and efficient, green and low-carbon, high-quality and sustainable urban rail transit development. [Method] Based on an analysis of the composition, characteristics and requirements of urban rail transit power supply system, the intelligent power supply system architecture of urban rail transit is proposed, which builds upon the intelligent power supply facilities and integrates the intelligent power dispatching system, power management system and intelligent power supply O&M (operation and maintenance) management system three core business functions on intelligent power supply facility basis, and the functions and technical requirements of each section are explained. [Result & Conclusion] The intelligent power supply system of urban rail transit can realize the goals of intelligent power dispatching, scientific equipment O&M, standardized business process, and clear asset management, providing reference for the construction of new lines for urban rail transit power supply system, upgrading and transforming existing lines towards green intelligence.
