摘要:
中低速磁浮交通具有系统技术原理复杂、高架区间事故概率高、乘客疏散和列车救援难度大等特点。依据列车运行安全状态将运营事故分为列车火灾(爆炸)、列车冲突(碰撞)、列车运缓(途停)及其它事故类别。基于事故树分析原理,建立列车火灾(爆炸)、列车冲突(碰撞)及列车运缓(途停)等三类事故树,并进行最小割集、最小径集和基本事件结构重要度求解。结合集合思想,依据基本事件的致灾特性构建致灾集合,并根据致灾集合重要度进行排序,进而对中低速磁浮交通运营工作中的防范措施提出改进建议。
Abstracts:
Focusing on the complex technical principles of the medium and low speed maglev transit, the high probability of accidents on elevated structure, the difficulties in passenger evacuation and rescue, three fault trees for accidents like fire disaster (explosion), train collision and train running delay are established based on fault tree analytic principle. Then, the minimal cut set, the minimal path set and the structure importance coefficient of the basic events are calculated. Combined with the thought of mathematical set and the basic event characteristics, a disaster causing set is constructed, which is sorted by the importance degree of these sets, and preventive improvements for the operation of medium and low speed maglev are put forward.
