摘要:
橡胶浮筏板是在城市轨道交通中得到实际应用的一种新型减振轨道结构。城市轨道交通不可避免地存在小半径曲线情况,而列车通过小半径曲线时极易造成钢轨表面恶化,甚至危及行车安全。结合南宁轨道交通2号线的实际情况,选取橡胶浮筏板的小半径曲线过渡路段进行不同速度级别下轨道状态及动力参数的测试,评估列车运行的安全性、线路的稳定性和适应性。结果表明:地铁列车(编组为B型车)以40~70 km/h速度在小半径曲线的橡胶浮筏板轨道结构上运行是安全可靠的,并有较大的安全冗余,适用于城市轨道交通小半径曲线段的设计和建设。
Abstracts:
Rubber isolator floating slab track is applied in urban rail transit as a vibration-absorbing structure. Since the small radius curve is inevitably existing in urban rail transit, when a train passes through, the curve tends to worsen the smoothness of the track, and even to endanger the safe operation of the train. Combined with the practical situation of Nanning rail transit Line 2, the tests of dynamic parameters and state of the rubber isolator floating slab track with small radius curve at different speed degrees are carried out, the safety, stability and adaptability of the train are evaluated. The results show that the B type train is safe and reliable with a large safety redundancy of 40 km/h~70 km/h speed, therefore is suitable for the design and construction of small radius curve section of urban rail transit.
