摘要:
在半磨耗或全磨耗轮下,CRH5型车存在万向轴和牵引电机转速超过额定值、齿轮箱齿轮超速超载等安全隐患问题。优化齿轮传动比设计是解决此问题的重要突破点,但研制进程中缺少齿轮比改进后传动系统性能验证的试验方案。从传动系统机械部分和牵引制动特性两方面,对传动比优化前后性能的验证方案和手段展开了研究。分析了传动比改进后对传动系统机械部分和牵引制动及传动特性的影响,设计并完成了传动系统改进前的理论计算分析,组织并实施了牵引制动及传动系统性能分析实验,优化了与传动比相关的列车整车逻辑及参数。传动系统地面联调模拟试验表明,改进传动比后,万向轴和牵引电机转速、齿轮箱转速、牵引特性和电制动特性完全符合运行速度下的设计要求。
Abstracts:
In conditions of wheel semi-wear or full wear, hidden danger problems in CRH5 will occur, such as the over-speed and overload of the universal shaft, the traction motor and the gears in gearbox. The optimum gear ratio design is an important breakthrough to solve these problems, but in the process of development, the lack of verification test for the performance of improved transmission system with the changed gear ratio remains a problem. In this paper, a verification scheme and method for the performance of the transmission ratio before and after the optimization is studied from aspects of the mechanical part, the traction breaking part and the transmission characteristics. The theoretical calculation and analysis of transmission system before the improvement is completed, the performance analysis experiment of traction braking and transmission systems is organized and implemented, the logic program and parameters of the whole train related to transmission ratio is optimized. The simulation results show that the gearbox speed, the traction and electric braking characteristics of the universal shaft and traction motor all agree well with the requirements of designed running speed.
