摘要:
通过对广州现代有轨电车行车调度岗位工作负荷的全面梳理,采用任务分析方法对行车调度全日工作负荷进行了量化测量和评估,并在此基础上结合行车调度工作负荷影响因子,建立了行车调度工作负荷多元线性回归模型。该模型不仅可以定量分析现有行车调度岗位的工作强度,还可以对其岗位人员进行合理配置,对于提高调度岗位作业绩效、降低运营安全隐患具有参考意义。
Abstracts:
Through a comprehensive review of the position workload of modern tram dispatcher in Guangzhou City, the DORATASK analysis method is used to quantitatively measure and evaluate the daily dispatching workload. Then, combined with the impact factors of dispatcher workload, a multiple linear regression model for dispatcher workload is established, which can not only quantitatively analyze the work intensity of the existing dispatcher positions, but also allocate staff rationally to improve the job performance of dispatching position, reduce the operational safety risks.
