道岔尖轨段打磨目标廓形优化研究

摘要:
针对目前地铁中存在的道岔尖轨段打磨廓形缺乏的问题,运用改进的轮轨最小间隙法对尖轨段钢轨形面进行优化。对基本轨和尖轨部分廓形优化进行设计,并引入踏面跳跃点横向间距作为优化控制条件。试验结果表明:优化后的钢轨廓形与原廓形相比,轮轨平均间隙值下降,在同一轮重下,轮轨间的接触应力峰值可有效降低;接触点位置分布更加均匀,正应力曲线降低,接触斑面积增大,钢轨和车轮之间的相互磨耗明显减少。
Abstracts:
Focusing on the lack of grinding profile in switch point rail section, an improved minimum wheel/rail clearance method is used to optimize the rail surface in switch rail section. The profile optimization of stock rail and point rail is designed, in which the lateral distance of tread jump points is chosen as the control factor. The experiment result shows that the average clearance of the optimized rail profile is decreased compared with the original profile, under the same wheel load, the wheel/rail contact stress peak value of the optimized rail profile is declined obviously. Besides, the distribution of the wheel/rail contact points is more uniform, the positive pressure density curve is lower, the contact area of optimized rail profile is increased, resulting in significant wheel/rail abrasion reduction.
