摘要:
为降低高速动车组电制动失效的故障率,首先对高速动车组电制动的控制原理进行分析,根据典型故障数据分析及现车测试,确定电制动失效原因;其次,分析在牵引和制动工况下电制动失效对车辆的影响;最后,通过调整牵引控制单元(TCU)控制软件中的网压限制电制动力输出参数,提高电制动的可靠性。
Abstracts:
To reduce the failure rate of EMU electric braking troubles, the working principle of EMU electric brake is firstly analyzed, the typical fault data are analyzed and tested on the spot to determine the failure causes. Secondly, the impact of vehicle electric braking failure under traction and braking working conditions on train operation is analyzed. Finally, by way of adjusting the net pressure of line voltage in TCU (traction control unit) software, the output parameters of the electric brake are constrain to improve the reliability of EMU electric brake.
