摘要:
针对传统城市轨道交通车辆在制动过程中电制动力利用率不足、空气制动施加过于频繁、停车或起步阶段冲动大等问题,提出了一种基于列车控制与管理系统(TCMS)的车辆制动力管理方案。方案涉及TCMS参与制动的各阶段相关制动参数的调整优化,以及制动系统和牵引系统在制动过程中实现功能的清晰界定。试验验证表明,提出的方案设计合理,对城市轨道交通的节能、降低维修成本及提高乘客舒适性等方面起到了良好作用。
Abstracts:
Aiming at problems like insufficient utilization of electric braking force, excessive air brake application, large impulse during parking or starting phases in terms of the braking process of traditional urban rail transit vehicles, a braking force management scheme for urban rail transit vehicle based on TCMS is proposed. In which, TCMS will participate in the adjustment and optimization of the relevant parameters in all the braking phases, the functions implemented by braking system and traction system during the braking process are clearly defined. After verification of several projects, the scheme design proves to be reasonable, and will achieved good social and economic benefits in terms of energy saving, maintenance cost reduction and improved passenger comfort.
