摘要:
根据悬挂式单轨车辆的结构特点,通过多体动力学软件ADAMS建立悬挂式单轨车辆动力学模型。以车辆走行轮、导向轮、吊架、空气弹簧、中心销、横向拉杆、横向减振器等结构参数作为设计变量,结合多目标优化软件Mode FRONTIER和单因素敏感性分析方法,探索了影响悬挂式单轨车辆侧滚的因素,并甄别出影响悬挂式单轨车辆侧滚的主要因素;针对影响车辆侧滚的主要因素,确立将车辆具有良好的曲线通过性和运行稳定性作为约束条件,建立了以车辆侧滚为目标的优化数学模型,采用第二代非劣排序遗传算法为优化方法,进行了以车辆侧滚最优为目的的优化研究。优化结果表明:在满足给定的约束条件下,当单轨车辆各参数达到最优解时,车辆侧滚角减小了6.3%~11.4%。
Abstracts:
According to the structural characteristics of the suspension monorail vehicle, a dynamic model of monorail vehicle is established by using the multi-body dynamics software (ADAMS). In which the vehicle traveling wheel, guide wheel, hanger, air spring, center pin, horizontal rod and transverse vibration are selected as design variables, the main factors that influence the suspended monorail vehicle roll are explored and identified by combining the multi-objective optimization software (MODE FRONTIER) and the single factor sensitivity analysis method. Aiming at the above influencing factors, the vehicle good curve negotiation and running stability are selected as constraint conditions, an optimization mathematical model against the vehicle roll is established. Then, the second generation non-inferior ranking genetic algorithm is used as the optimization method to study the vehicle roll optimization. The optimization results show that the vehicle roll has decreased 6.3%~11.4% when the parameters of the monorail vehicle reach the optimal solution under given constraint conditions.
