摘要:
针对地铁车辆车体设计知识重用率不足而导致研发周期较长的问题,提出集成实例推理技术和关联设计技术的地铁车辆车体快速设计方法。首先,构建地铁车辆车体主模型,并以该模型为基础建立地铁车辆车体快速设计流程;然后,研究基于实例推理的产品配置方法,以及基于关联设计的产品变型方法;最后,以地铁车辆车体为例验证了该设计方法的有效性与可行性。
Abstracts:
In view of the longer product research and development cycle due to the insufficient reuse rate of design knowledge, in this paper a method for rapid design of metro body is proposed on the basis of integrated case-based reasoning and association design technologies. Firstly, the main model of metro body is established, based on which the rapid design process of metro body is formed; secondly, the product configuration method and the product variant method by using the case-based reasoning and the associated design technologies are studied; finally, the metro body is used as an example to verify the effectiveness and feasibility of this design method.
