摘要:
针对城市轨道交通车辆用车端低压接线箱内传统端子排设计的弊端,对车端低压接线箱内的端子排进行设计改进:端子排倾斜安装,端子序号采用按原理图“功能组分区”进行划分的原则。该改进结构符合人体工程学的设计,能有效提高工作效率及接线正确率。端子排的倾斜安装结构还可应用于空间受限、接线不方便以及有设计优化需求的设备。
Abstracts:
For the drawbacks of traditional terminal block in low-voltage junction box designed for urban rail vehicle, an improved design of the low-voltage junction box is proposed, in which the tilted installation of the terminal block and terminal block numbers are divided according to "functional group partition" of the schematic diagram. The improved structure confirms to the design of ergonomic, improves the work efficiency and wiring accuracy. At the same time, the tilted installation structure of the terminal block can be applied to equipment with limited space, inconvenient wiring and equipment that requires design optimization.
