On-line Dynamic Measuring System for Pantograph of New Metro Line Vehicle in Guangzhou City

摘要:
针对地铁车辆受电弓检测耗时耗力的问题,提出了一种利用图像检测法的在线动态检测系统。首先介绍了系统的总体构成,包括现场数据采集单元、现场控制单元、数据分析单元、数据存储与发布单元和客户访问单元五部分;其次详细介绍了系统的四个子系统(受电弓弓头检测系统、受电弓温度检测系统、车顶监测系统和车号自动识别系统)的系统方案和工作原理;最后对该系统进行计算机仿真验证,验证结果表明该系统优于人工测量,具有实时、准确、可靠等优点,满足受电弓测量和维保需求。
Abstracts:
Aiming at problems of time-consuming and effort-consuming in terms of metro pantograph detection, an on-line dynamic measuring system based on image detection are proposed. Firstly, the system structure is introduced, including field data acquisition unit, field control unit, data analysis unit, data storage & publishing unit and client access unit. Then, the system scheme and working principle of pantograph head detection system, pantograph temperature measurement system, roof monitoring system and train number automatic identification system are introduced in detail. Finally, through computer simulation, the system is verified to be better than the manual measurement, featuring real-time, accurate and reliable advantages, therefore could meet the demands of Pantograph detection and maintenance.
