摘要:
为适应城市轨道交通分布式联锁系统、数字化信号设备的发展方向,提出了一种基于分布式计算机联锁系统的智能转辙机。该转辙机结合智能控制模块、无刷直流电机和高精度位移传感器等技术,实现了转辙机工作状态和道岔尖轨位置数据的实时采集与处理。试验表明,该转辙机具有启动电流小、动作过程中可变速等优点,不仅提高了转辙机的性能和维修效率,还为室外设备的故障分析与预测提供了依据。
Abstracts:
In order to adapt to the development of distributed interlocking system and digital signal equipment in urban rail transit, an intelligent switch machine based on distributed computer interlocking system is presented, which combines the digital technology and intelligent technology, such as the intelligent control module, brushless DC motor and high precision displacement sensor, and achieves the functions of switch working state and the real-time data acquisition from turnout tip rail location. Experiment results show that the switch machine has many advantages like small start-up current and variable speed during motion, that could not only improve the switch performance and the maintenance efficiency, but also provide a basis for the analysis and prediction of outdoor equipment failures.
