摘要:
针对杭州地铁2、4号线屏蔽门控制器主机PEDC(中央控制单元)有时会发生故障死机,造成信号系统发给屏蔽门开、关门指令时屏蔽门无法自动开、关门的问题,在深入分析屏蔽门系统控制逻辑基础上,设计了PEDC的自动后备控制系统。当PEDC发生故障时,后备控制系统能自动投入使用;在PEDC停电维修或更换时,不影响屏蔽门正常的开关门;当PEDC故障消除时,后备控制系统自动退出。该后备控制系统已应用于杭州地铁2号线,功能达到了预期效果。
Abstracts:
Sometimes the PEDC (platform edge door controller) crash of the platform screen door (PSD) system on Hangzhou metro Line 2 and Line 4 happens, leading to the troubles of PSD when receiving PEDC opening and closing instructions. Through analyzing the control logic of PSD, an automatic back-up controller system of PEDC is designed, which will solve the crashing problem of PEDC in case of outrage maintenance or replacement, then the back-up PEDC controller will quit automatically after the PEDC returns to normal. This system has been applied to Hangzhou metro Line 2 with expected performance.
