摘要:
在软土地区的现代有轨电车线路设计和建设中,深厚软土地基合理处理方式是其难点和重点。针对实际工程建设需要,通过调研、数值计算、理论分析、试验研究等方法,提 出了道床板-减沉疏桩一体化桩板结构设计方案。介绍了一体化桩板结构的特点,计算分析了其沉降变形控制能力,通过实验室试验得到了5年后路基的最大沉降量。通过对上海松江现代有轨电车线路的现场监测,得到了路基的年沉降变化量。路基沉降量的计算值、试验值和现场监测值三者较为接近,证明了一体化桩板结构设计方案可有效控制软土地区现代有轨电车轨道基础长期不均匀沉降,能够减少对地下管线的影响,可降低建造和维护成本。
Abstracts:
Rational treatment of deep soft soil foundation is one of the difficulties and key points in the design and construction of modern tram line in soft soil area. According to the actual engineering construction needs, and based on investigation,numerical calculation, theoretical analysis,experimental research and other methods,an integrated design of slab track-bed structure and sparse piles is proposed. In this paper,the structural characteristics of the integrated pile-slab structure is introduced,the settlement deformation control capability is simulated,and a lab test demonstrates the largest roadbed settlement in 5 years. Through site monitoring of Songjiang modern tram in Shanghai,it shows that the design of the integrated pile-slab structure can effectively control the long-term uneven settlement of the tram track foundation in soft soil area,reduce the tram impact on underground pipelines,the construction and maintenance costs as well.
