摘要:
发展城市快速轨道交通是缓解城市交通拥堵的重要途径。 列车运行速度提高到 120 km/h 以上时, 传统的闸瓦-车轮踏面制动已不能满足列车制动的要求。重点分析了 140 ~ 160 km/h 城市快速轨道交通列车基础制动的模式、制动件的选材可行性。 对其车辆转向架建议采用颗粒增强铝基复合材料制动盘与粉末冶金闸片配副的盘形制动装置,每轴两盘。动车采用轮装盘、拖车采用轴装盘的制动方式。
Abstracts:
An important way to alleviate urban traffic congestion is to develop urban rapid rail. When the train speed increases to more than 120 km/h,the traditional tread braking canno longer satisfy the requirements of train braking. Aimed at the 140 ~ 160 km/h urban rapid train,the basic brake mode and the feasibility of brake part materials are mainly analyzed. It is suggested that the bogie of 140 ~ 160 km/h urban rapid trainshould adopt the disc brake made of particle reinforced aluminum matrix composites,and the matched disc brake made of pad powder metallurgy,each axis is installed with two brake discs. The motor carand the trailer should adopt wheel-mounted discs and axle-mounted discs brake modes respectively.
