摘要:
为提高城市土地利用率,实现公共交通与业态的无缝衔接,以珠海现代有轨电车1号线工程上冲车辆基地为案例,根据车辆基地所处区域交通、规划设计,探讨了上冲车辆基地基于TOD(以公共交通导向的发展)模式综合开发设计中的空间布局和单体之间的建设时序等问题,为有轨电车车辆基地基于TOD模式开发提供了可借鉴的经验。
Abstracts:
To maximize the land use ratio in urban area and implement the seamless connection between public transport and various business types, Shangchong Maintenance Depot of Zhuhai modern tram Line 1 is taken as the background, problems in the depot comprehensive development based on TOD (transit oriented development) model are discussed, related to the spatial layout of the spot, the construction time sequence between single units and so on in the comprehensive development according to the traffic, planning and design of the place where the depot is located. The research provides a reference for vehicle depot construction based on TOD model.
