摘要:
分析总结了我国城市轨道交通不同发展阶段在规划、建设、运营中存在的问题,提出了关于城市轨道交通后续发展方向的思考。我国城市轨道交通已由成规模建设阶段转为优化发展阶段,建设和运营并重、技术制式多元化、新技术大量应用等趋势特征较为明显。针对轻轨、市域快速轨道等项目审批方式不明晰,轨道交通与城市融合性不足,线路、站内外设施及管理水平不完善等问题,建议优化发展方向为:统筹顶层研究,加强政策指导;发展多层次、多制式城市轨道交通;促进多网融合,推行“轨道交通+物业”模式;深化“站城一体化”;构建城市轨道交通行业综合评估体系;积极探索推广新技术。
Abstracts:
Problems existing at different developing stages of urban rail transit in China, such as in planning, construction and operation, are concluded and analyzed. Reflections on the development direction of urban rail transit are proposed. Since urban rail transit in China has been transformed from the scale construction to optimization development phase, characteristics of the trend began to highlight, such as the emphasis on both construction and operation, the diversification of technology patterns, the application of new technologies and so on. In response to problems like the unclear approval methods for light rail transit and urban rail rapid transit projects, the insufficient coherence of rail transit and city, the incomplete infrastructure and management level of lines and stations, suggestions for the optimization developing direction are proposed, including overall planning of top\|level research; reinforcement of policy guidance; development of multi\|level and multi-pattern urban rail transit; improvement of multi\|network integration; promotion of the Track+Property model; deepening of the integration of stations and cities; comprehensive evaluation system establishment of urban rail transit industry; proactive exploration and popularization of new technologies.
