依托宁波市轨道交通某地下车站土建工程建设,对基于BIM(建筑信息模型)的数字化建设管理技术展开了研究。初步研发协同施工管理平台,并在进度管控、专项施工方案的报审、现场安全文明质量检查等方面进行了试点应用。结合现场实际施工需求,对复杂区域实施了深化设计,并完成多个施工方案模拟。项目研究取得了预期的成效,有效地提高了城市轨道交通土建施工阶段的信息共享及业务流转效率,增强了数字化建设管理水平,为今后BIM技术在城市轨道交通施工管理的应用提供了借鉴。
Abstracts:
Relying on the civil engineering of underground station in Ningbo rail transit, the digital construction management technology based on BIM (building information modelling) is studied. On the collaborative construction management platform, the preliminary research and development has implemented pilot application in progress management, approval of specific construction program, inspection of field safety and civilization quality. Combined with the actual construction requirements, detailed design in complex region is conducted and a number of construction schemes are simulated. The project has obtained expected results, it has effectively improved the information sharing and business transfer efficiency of urban rail transit, at the same time enhanced the level of digital construction management. This research provides some reference for the application of BIM technology in urban rail transit construction and management.
