摘要:
在某跨坐式单轨车辆头车车体前期开发中,引入“分析驱动设计”理念,建立了隐式全参数化车体模型,并根据车体空间布置情况,设定了车体骨架5个厚度变量和4个形状变量的变化范围;通过试验设计建立了近似模型,得到了输入变量与性能指标之间的关系;最后进行轻量化优化,获得了满足一阶扭转模态、一阶弯曲模态及弯曲刚度多学科性能要求的前期全参数化车体模型。
Abstracts:
In the early development of a head body of straddle\|type monorail vehicle, the concept of analysis driven design is introduced, an implicit parametric model is built and the range of 5 thickness variables and 4 shape variables related to the car body frame is set up based on the space layout of car body. An approximate model is established through experimental design,and the relationships between input variables and performance indexes are obtained. At last,through lightweight optimization, the full parameterized car body model in the early stage is obtained,which could meet the multidisciplinary performance requirements for the first order torsional mode, first order bending mode and bending stiffness.
