介绍了一种地铁车辆牵引逆变器大修流程优化模型,根据RCM(以可靠性为中心的维修)理论对牵引逆变器大修流程进行了模块化设计,并建立了以最小大修时间为目标函数的流程优化模型。基于上海轨道交通11号线牵引逆变器委外大修项目案例,选择模拟退火算法对该优化模型进行求解,获得的理论最优解相比项目交付周期缩短3 d,按优化模型重新组织生产后,实际平均交付时间缩短4.3 d,提高了维修效率,验证了优化模型的可行性。
Abstracts:
An optimal model for the traction inverter overhaul process is introduced. Based on RCM (reliability centered maintenance) theory, the modular design for traction inverter overhaul process is carried out, and a process optimal model is established which takes the minimum overhaul time as the objective function. The simulated annealing algorithm is selected for solution based on the traction inverter overhaul project on Shanghai metro Line 11, and the theoretical optimal result shows that the model shortens the project delivery cycle by 3 days. After reorganizing the production according to the optimal model, the actual average delivery time is shortened by 4.3 days, which improves the maintenance efficiency and verifies the feasibility of the optimal model.
