摘要:
提出一种定量的隧道服役性能指标(TSI)的计算方法。首先在分析指标获取难度和指标关联性的基础上,选取相对沉降、差异沉降、收敛变形、渗漏水、裂缝和剥落6个变量为评估指标体系;然后在收集40个地铁盾构隧道样本的基础上,利用专家评估与偏最小二乘回归法,对盾构隧道健康状态进行评估拟合,建立TSI公式。该公式存在两个适用条件:一是评估对象为与本文类似的地铁盾构隧道,二是隧道的运营时间在20年以内。最后,以广州某地铁盾构隧道区间为工程案例,说明TSI公式在隧道健康状态评估中的应用。可为盾构隧道的养护维修决策提供指导作用。
Abstracts:
The calculation method of a quantitative tunnel serviceability index (TSI) is put forward. Firstly, by analyzing the index acquisition difficulties and index relevance, six variables are taken as the assessment index, including relative settlement, differential settlement, convergence deformation, water leakage, cracking and spalling. Secondly, by collecting 40 samples of metro shield tunnel, expert assessments and partial least squares regression method are used to evaluate and fit the tunnel health, a TSI formula is established. There are two applicable conditions for this formula: (1) the evaluated tunnel should be similar to the tunnel discussed in the paper; (2) the tunnel operation time should be less than 20 years. Finally, taking a metro shield tunnel section in Guangzhou metro as the background, the application of TSI in tunnel health assessment is explained, the result provides a guidance for tunnel maintenance policies.
