摘要:
轮对作为地铁车辆的重要组成部件,关系到列车行驶的平稳性和安全性。日常运营维护中,对轮对磨耗均采用动态管理,但随着车辆运行里程的增多,轮对异常磨耗现象也都逐渐暴露出来。以西安地铁1号线车辆轮对踏面异常磨耗情况为研究对象,进行调查分析和数据分析,得出轮对异常磨耗的原因是车辆电空配合不良和ATO(列车自动运行)控车不佳。软件优化更新后,轮对异常磨耗问题得到有效控制。
Abstracts:
As an important component of metro vehicle, wheel set contributes to the stability and safety in train operation. Dynamic management of the wheel set is generally adopted for daily operation and maintenance. However, with the increase of vehicle operation mileage, the abnormal abrasion of wheel set is exposed gradually. Taking the abnormal abrasion of wheel set on Xi'an metro Line 1 as the study objective, and based on a survey and data analysis, the poor combination control of electric braking and air braking, as well as the malfunction of automatic train operation (ATO) control are detected as the main causes for wheel set abnormal abrasion. After a software upgrading, the wheel set abnormal abrasion is under effective control.
