摘要:
盾构隧道同步注浆是控制地层变形以及建筑物沉降的重要措施,传统注浆方式通过注浆量和注浆压力进行双控,但对壁后注浆效果难以控制,无法实现注浆质量实时监测。介绍了一种将探地雷达检测装置与盾构车架进行融合设计的盾构隧道同步注浆实时检测装备,该装备在盾构推进间隙采用探地雷达对壁后注浆进行实时检测。以南宁轨道交通3号线工程应用为例,分析该装备的工程应用效果。通过该装备对壁后注浆形态进行实时检测,同步指导注浆参数调整,显著减少了超注浆情况的发生,在保证工程安全的同时减少了注浆工程支出。
Abstracts:
Shield tunnel synchronous grouting is an important countermeasure to control stratum deformation and building settlement. The traditional way is to control both the grouting volume and grouting pressure simultaneously, however, the effect of backfill grouting is uncontrollable and consequently, the realtime monitoring of grouting quality couldn′t be implemented. In this paper, the design of a real-time detecting equipment for shield tunnel synchronous grouting is introduced, which combines the ground penetrating radar (GPR) detecting device and shield frame to implement real-time detection in the advance clearance of shield machine. Taking the example of Nanning metro Line 3, the engineering application effect of the equipment is analyzed. The real-time detection of backfill grouting formation is used to guide the grouting parameters adjustment synchronously. As a result, the occurrence of over-grouting and the cost of grouting construction are significantly reduced, the project safety is guaranteed at the same time.
