摘要:

在整个城市轨道交通行业迅速发展阶段，提升城市轨道交通车辆全寿命周期的维修智能化检修水平是行业发展的趋势，对城市轨道交通列车智能检修技术进行了研究，详细阐述了对城市轨道交通车辆车载及轨旁智能检修系统、架大修智能厂房及全寿命周期基于可靠性的智能检修等城市轨道交通列车智能检修技术，提出了智能检修的关键技术和提升检修效率的切实可行的措施。

Abstracts:

With the rapid development of the whole urban rail transit industry, the trend to improve the intelligent maintenance level throughout the whole life cycle of urban rail transit vehicles is increasingly prominent. Through studying the urban rail transit train intelligent maintenance technology, the train on-board and trackside intelligent maintenance systems, the overhaul intelligent workshop and intelligent maintenance technology based on RCM certification are elaborated. The key technical issues in intelligent maintenance and practical measures for maintenance efficiency improvement are proposed.
