摘要:
阐述了配电变压器的定时限过电流保护与0.4kV进线的定时限短延时过电流保护的基本原理及其整定原则,结合具体案例,指出其二者相互配合存在的不合理问题。提出的2个整定方案均能有效地解决两者之间的配合问题。对整定方案进行比选分析。比选结果显示,基于GOOSE机制的数字通信电流保护方案,虽然成本稍高,但拥有更好的速动性和更可靠的选择性。
Abstracts:
The basic logic and the setting principle of definite time over-current protection of the distribution transformer and short-delay overcurrent protection on 0.4 kV incoming line are expounded. According to specific cases, the unreasonable problems existing in mutual coordination are pointed out, against which two corresponding setting schemes that can effectively solved the coordination problems are proposed. Then, the two setting schemes are compared selected. The result shows that the digital communication current protection scheme based on GOOSE mechanism has quicker motion performance and better reliability despite the higher cost.
