摘要:
介绍了一种高强度带中梁的铝合金型材断面。仿真计算结果表明,在保证设计结构和工艺装备基本不变的前提下,该铝合金型材断面能够提高动车组铝合金车体的压缩强度。研究数据和仿真试验结果为设计满足更高强度和刚度标准的铝合金车体提供了理论依据和技术支撑。
Abstracts:
A type of high strength aluminum alloy profile section with mid-beam was introduced. The simulation result shows that with the premises of maintaining design structure and manufacturing equipment, this type of aluminum alloy profile section can effectively increase the compressive strength of EMU aluminum alloy vehicle body. The research data and simulation test results provide theoretical reference and technical support in designing aluminum vehicle body meeting higher standard of strength and stiffness.
