摘要:
二系横向止挡作为轨道车辆转向架二系悬挂关键零部件,对车辆动力学性能有一定影响,其刚度特性对高速列车曲线通过时的舒适性影响较大。对采用不同刚度特性参数的二系横向止挡的动车组,在线路不同曲线条件下进行试验,通过分析高速动车组平稳性、稳定性和安全性指标的变化规律,研究二系横向止挡刚度特性对高速动车组动力学性能的影响。线路试验结果表明,止挡刚度对车体的横向振动加速度影响较大,而对转向架稳定性及轮轨动态相互作用性能指标的影响甚微。
Abstracts:
Secondary lateral buffer, as a key component for secondary suspension of rail way vehicle bogie, possesses certain influence on the dynamic performance of the train, the stiffness characteristic of which has significant impact on vehicle dynamics comfort when the high-speed EMU passes curves. EMU vehicles with different stiffness characteristic indicators were adopted and tested on lines with different curves, and through analyzing the evolution pattern of high-speed EMU stationarity, stability and safety indicators, the influence of secondary lateral buffer stiffness characteristics on high-speed EMU dynamics performance was thus elaborated. The on\|line test result shows that the buffer′s stiffness has larger impact on the lateral vibration acceleration of the vehicle body, while the impact on the bogie stability and the dynamic performance index of wheel track interaction is little.
