我国首次在京张高铁智能型动车组上使用了应急自走行技术。应急自走行系统由动力蓄电池、双向充电机和UAS(应急自走行辅助装置)组成,介绍了各组成部分的功能和相关技术参数,分析了动力蓄电池和双向充电机在5种运行工况下的工作模式,分析了空调应急模式和应急自走行模式的启动条件及在相应应急模式下UAS的工作流程。京张高铁智能型动车组样车试制已完成,测试表明应急自走行系统的性能稳定。
Abstracts:
The emergency self-propelled system is firstly applied in the Jingzhang high-speed intelligent EMU in our country. The emergency self\|propelled system is composed of traction battery, bidirectional charger and UAS (an emergency self\|propelled assisting installation). The functionality and relative technical parameters of each part were introduced. The working modes under five operations working conditions of the traction battery and bidirectional charger were analyzed. The initiating condition for air-conditioner emergency mode and emergency self-propelled mode, as well as the UAS stream of procedure under corresponding emergency mode was analyzed. The test construction of sample vehicles of Jingzhang high-speed intelligent EMU has been completed and the test showed stable specifications of the emergency self-propelled system.
