摘要:
分析了地铁车辆传统继电器应用的局限性以及用逻辑控制单元(LCU)代替继电器的必要性。针对LCU的应用现状,结合LCU在深圳地铁9号线西延线车辆项目上的应用设计,介绍了LCU的功能规划设计,通过扩充LCU的可靠性,以增加线路诊断功能; 通过在LCU加入逻辑控制功能,实现电路优化设计。
Abstracts:
The limitation in applying traditional relay to subway vehicle and the necessity of replacing the relay with LCU (logic control unit) was analyzed. Focusing on the current application status of LCU, combining with the application design of LCU in Shenzhen Line 9 west extension line vehicles, the functionality planning design was introduced. Through improving LCU reliability, the line diagnose function was added; through adding logic control function in LCU. the optimization design of circuit was realized.
