CRH380B型动车组在制动过程中,为防止转向架制动闸片抱死,避免轮对踏面与轨道产生滑动摩擦而导致轮对变形,在车辆的每个转向架上安装了防滑速度传感器,当防滑速度传感器检测到轮对转速异常时,会触发防滑控制。介绍了防滑速度传感器测速的基本原理,并介绍了2种制动系统故障代码的清除方法。
Abstracts:
During the braking process of the CRH380B EMU, in order to prevent the brake pads of the bogie from locking and to avoid wheelset deformation from the sliding friction between the wheel tread and the rail, anti-skid speed sensor was equipped on each bogie of the vehicle. When the detected wheelset speed is abnormal, the vehicle is triggered to perform anti-skid control. The basic principle of anti-skid speed sensor speed measurement was introduced, as well as two types of braking system fault code clearing method.
