摘要:
以 TRIZ 的理论为创新工具,对不锈钢车辆车体焊接变形的行业难题进行分析,并运用 TRIZ 的原理和方法进行求解;通过功能分析及因果分析方法对焊接变形问题的产生原因详细分析;以焊接过程中的过剩热量和热量传递为切入点,找到 4 个根本原因,分别用 TRIZ 理论中的技术矛盾、物理矛盾、物场模型、效应理论等工具分别对问题进行问题求解;对求解方案进行现场试验验证,最终得到综合的理想解做为实施控制方案。
Abstracts:
In this paper,TRIZ theory is used as an innovative tool to analyze the problems of stainless steel car-body welding deformation in rail transit industry,the principle and method of TRIZ are applied to solve the problems. Through functional analysis and causal analysis methods,the causes of welding deformation are analyzed in detail. Starting from the excess heat and heat transfer in the welding process,four root causes are detected.The technical contradiction,physical contradiction,material field model,effect theory and other tools in TRIZ theory are used to solve these problems respectively,and the solution scheme is verified by field tests. Finally,the comprehensive ideal solution is obtained as the implementation control scheme.
