摘要:
统计 CRH380A(L)和 CRH380A 型动车组的新/旧轴箱轴承后挡圈内径和新/旧车轴防尘板座外径尺寸,以分析车轴报废比例和报废原因。对统计数据进行概率分析,得到轴箱轴承每次检修退卸后的防尘板座外径尺寸的减少量;对现有检修标准和后挡圈与防尘板座配合过盈量进行分析,提出防尘板座尺寸公差标准的优化方案;根据车轴报废比例和报废原因,得出标准优化后每年检修成本的节约量。通过寿命和成本分析,验证对现有标准进行优化的必要性。
Abstracts:
The statistical analysis of the inner hole size of CRH380A(L) and CRH380A series MTU rear baffle rings,new/old axle box bearings,new/old axle dust-proof seat size,axle scrap ratio and scrap reason is performed. Through probability analysis of data,the reduction of axle dust-proof seat size of axle box bearings after each retraction is obtained. At the same time,the existing maintenance standards,axle box bearing rear baffle ring and scrap reason are also given. The size tolerance of the optimized dust-proof plate seat is obtained by analyzing the interference of the dust-proof plate seat;the annual cost savings after the optimization standard are calculated based on the analysis of the scrap ratio of axles and the causes of scrap;and the necessity of the optimization of the standard is verified by service life and cost analysis.
