摘要:
对地铁车站车辆与站台水平间隙标准的相关规定和规范的演变,进行了解读和梳理,总结了车辆与站台水平间隙设置的3个原则。总结了近年来国内学者对车辆限界与站台间隙的研究成果,提出车辆与站台水平间隙应满足车辆限界并为一系悬挂或悬挂二系故障留有裕量,但间隙不宜大于70 mm。对APM(自动旅客运输)系统国外规范规定和应用情况进行了解读和介绍。对APM车辆正常过站、故障过站因素进行分析,并参照相关规范进行叠加汇总,提出计算公式,得出计算结果。计算结果远小于地铁70 mm的间隙,且经过试验验证是安全可靠的。
Abstracts:
In this paper, the evolution of level clearance standards for subway station is studied and sorted out, three principles of platform clearance setting are summarized. According to the research achievement of Chinese scholars in recent years about vehicle platform margin and clearance, it is proposed that the platform gap should satisfy vehicle gauge with wheel or air spring, leave room for the primary suspension or secondary suspension failures, but the gap should be controlled with 70 mm. Then, foreign regulations and the application of automated people mover (APM) system are introduced. Through analyzing APM vehicle′s normal station crossing and fault station crossing, the influencing factors are further overlaid and summarized, a calculation formula is proposed. The calculated result is far less than the 70 mm clearance for subway gap. After the application of platform limit design on Shanghai Pujiang Line, the calculated result proves to be safe and reliable.
