摘要:
在表面不涂装的不锈钢车辆侧墙平度的检测过程中,为了减少二次划伤产生的外观质量问题,满足车辆下道工序要求,提出了车辆侧墙平度检测方案。将车辆的侧墙门上部、两窗之间、车辆断面等区域划分为不同的测量区域,在各不同测量区域中采用与之相匹配的测量方法和检测要求。介绍了在侧墙平面和车辆断面两个方向上测量检测的工具和检测样板形式,以及平度检测数值分析的检测标准及测量要求。结果表明,车辆侧墙平度测量需要在平面方向和断面方向同时检测完成,通过调整焊接参数可以调整焊点的凹痕深度。
Abstracts:
In the process of detecting the flatness of stainless steel vehicle side walls, to reduce the appearance quality problems caused by the secondary scratches and meet the requirements of the next process, a detection scheme of the vehicle side wall flatness is proposed. In which, the upper part of the vehicle side wall doors, the space between two windows, the vehicle cross section and others are classified as different areas, measurement methods and testing requirements that match each measuring area are adopted. Measuring tools and testing sample patterns for the two directions of side wall plane and vehicle section, the analysis of flatness detection, the test standards and measurement requirements are introduced. The results show that the flatness measurement of vehicle side walls needs to be completed simultaneously from the plane direction and the section direction, the dent depth of welding joint can be adjusted by changing the welding parameters.
