摘要:
美国波特兰市的波特兰密尔沃基轻轨，被认为是美国城市轨道交通设计的新范例。该轻轨对城市发展活力的提升主要体现在：利用轻轨线路的高效连接，带动了城市的经济活力；以车站及车站区域为空间载体，为市民交流创造舒适便利的活动场所，激发了城市的社会活力；高度重视公众参与以及社区精神的注入，增强了城市的文化活力；工程建设与城市规划、景观设计、环境艺术等专业工作高度融合,沿线景观质量得到改善，生态基础设施得到加强，增加了城市的环境活力。
Abstracts:
The Portland\|Milwaukee light rail transit is supposed to be a new paradigm of urban rail transit design in the United States, the main embodiment of which in promoting urban vitality lies in the effective connections that have brought an economic vitality to the cities. The light rail stations, along with the station areas offer comfortable and convenient places to get citizens involved in communication, which considerably boosted a social vitality to the cities. A high attention paid to the injection of public participation and community spirit enhanced a cultural vitality to the cities. The construction of light rail transit integrates well with domains like urban planning, landscape design and environment art, improves the scenery along the lines and strengthens the ecological infrastructure, all these have increased the environmental vitality of the cities.
