摘要:
阐述了城市轨道交通车辆设备TPM(全员生产维护)管理体系在青岛地铁车辆部搭建和推进的思路和步骤。初步搭建了列车自动清洗机、不落轮链床的TPM管理体系。通过评估,列车自动清洗机、不落轮链床综合利用率分别超过了预期目标值的85%和90%。
Abstracts:
The ideas and steps for building and promoting the TPM (total productive maintenance) management system in Qingdao Metro Vehicle Department are elaborated. A TPM management system with automatic train cleaning machine and non-falling wheel chain bed is initially build. Through assessment, the comprehensive utilization rate of automatic train cleaning machine and non\|falling wheel chain bed is proved to be 85% and 90% higher respectively than expected.Key wordsurban rail transit; vehicle equipment; TPM management system
