摘要:
为了提升车辆的安全性,对胶轮有轨电车的铰接系统进行了静力学分析。介绍了铰接系统的组成、功能及特点;建立了车体的静力学模型,推导出了各铰接机构的静力学方程组,得出了各铰接机构承受的静载荷以及车体铰接系统的受力特点。在受力分析的基础上,借助ANSYS有限元分析软件对下部固定铰连接座进行了静强度仿真分析。结果表明,固定铰连接座强度满足车辆铰接系统静力学要求。
Abstracts:
In order to improve vehicle safety, the static properties analysis of rubber\|tired tram articulation system is conducted. Based on the introduction of the composition, function and characteristics of the articulation system, a static model of the vehicle body is established, the static equations of each articulated mechanism are derived, the static load of each articulated mechanism and the loading characteristics of the car body articulated system are analyzed. According to the force analysis, the static strength of the lower fixed hinge joint is simulated with the finite element analysis software ANSYS, and the results show that the fixed hinge strength meets the static requirements of the vehicle hinge system.
