地铁曲线段钢轨廓形打磨效果动力仿真及实测分析

根据地铁曲线地段钢轨打磨前后实测廓形建立了实参数动力学模型并进行仿真计算,结合现场实测数据,对打磨效果进行了量化分析。研究表明,钢轨打磨后车体横向和垂向振动加速度有效值相对打磨前分别降低了7%、2%,从而提高了曲线地段地铁车辆运行的平稳性;钢轨廓形打磨可以使脱轨系数降低5%~30%,横向蠕滑力减小5%~40%,磨耗指数降低10%~50%,从而提高了车辆运行的安全性,降低了钢轨表面病害发生率和磨耗速率。通过打磨后现场观测发现,打磨区段钢轨垂磨速率相对非打磨区段降低了30%~40%,表明钢轨廓形打磨可以有效降低钢轨磨耗速率。
Abstracts:
Based on the measured rail profiles in metro curve section before and after grinding, a dynamic calculation model of real parameters is established for simulation. Combined with the field measured data, the grinding effect is quantified, and the result shows that the effective values of car body lateral and vertical vibration acceleration after the rail grinding are reduced by 7% and 2% respectively compared with the previous values, thus the smoothness of metro vehicles in curved section is improved. Meanwhile, the rail profile grinding can reduce the derailment coefficient by 5%—30%, the lateral creep force by 5%—40%, and the wear index by 10%—50%, thereby improving the safety of vehicle operation, reducing the incidence of rail surface diseases and wear rate. Field tracking observations show that the rail vertical wear rate in the grinding sections is 30%—40% lower than that in the non-grinding sections, indicating that the rail profile grinding can effectively reduce rail wear rate and prolong rail service life.
