摘要:
介绍了100%低地板轻轨列车5模块车体及其铰接系统设计方案。详细阐述了组成车体的各部件结构及其特点,重点分析了铰接机构的选型布置。采用有限元分析技术对车体进行强度分析。结果表明,该车体强度完全满足设计要求。
Abstracts:
In this paper, the five-module car body and articulated system design scheme of 100% low floor tram are presented, the structure and characteristics of all train parts are expounded in detail, the type selection and layout scheme of articulated mechanism are specially analyzed. On this basis, the train car body is simulated by using finite element analysis (FEA) technology, and the results show that body strength could meet the design requirements completely.
