摘要:
随着城市轨道交通控制保护区内建设项目规模及数量的不断增加，项目的实施对轨道交通结构的影响越来越大。根据相关规范要求，需要对轨道交通结构的安全进行评估，然而，目前没有统一的安全评估咨询费计费标准以及统一的安全评估工作内容和工作流程。在参考国内相关标准、规范的基础上，对外部作业项目类型、工程的复杂程度进行详细分析，设置了相应的计费影响系数，确定了城市轨道交通结构安全评估咨询费计费标准，标准的建立，填补了该领域的空白。根据外部作业项目影响等级界定了安全评估主要工作内容，进一步明确了安全评估主要工作流程。研究成果已在成都市的轨道交通结构安全保护评估工作中推广应用，极大地降低了该类项目的建设管理风险和工程投资概算。
Abstracts:
With the continuous increase of construction project scale and quantity in urban rail transit control protection zone, the project impact on urban rail transit structure keeps on growing. According to relevant codes in China, it is necessary to conduct safety assessment of rail transit structure. However, an unified consulting fee charging standard, work content and workflow for safety assessment is unavailable for the time being. On the basis of relevant domestic standards and specifications, the types of external work project and the engineering complexity are analyzed in detail, corresponding impact coefficients for charging are defined, and the charging standards of safety assessment consulting fee for urban rail transit structure are determined, which fills the gap in this field. According to the different impact levels of the external work projects, the main work content of safety assessment is defined, and the main workflow of safety assessment is further clarified. The research results have been widely applied in safety assessment of rail transit structure in Chengdu City, and greatly reduced the construction management risk and the estimated engineering investment of projects of this category.
