摘要:
针对某地铁车站施工过程中站厅层侧墙部位及顶板部分区域混凝土开裂的现象,结合具体施工状况进行定性分析,依次对混凝土材料及地下水因素进行排查;建立力学模型分析,并利用ABAQUS有限元软件对该车站受力情况进行分析,得到其主拉应力场,进而对裂缝发生的区域进行推测。结果表明:若回填过程中使用大型压路机直接压实,则会使得车站顶板最大拉应力增加近一倍,会加大混凝土开裂的可能性;土体弹性模量的增加,能够使车站顶板最大拉应力得到有效控制,因此基底土体的加固能有效防止地铁车站混凝土开裂;钢便桥范围对顶板最大拉应力影响不大,但会改变顶板受拉范围,因而应尽量铺设较小范围的钢便桥。此外,还对裂缝治理措施及其效果进行了介绍,可为其他类似工程提供借鉴。
Abstracts:
In response to the phenomenon of concrete cracking in the side wall of station hall and part of the roof area during the construction of a metro station, qualitative analysis combined with specific construction conditions is conducted, the concrete materials and groundwater factors are investigated in turn. On this basis, a mechanical model is established and the stress of the station is analyzed by ABAQUS finite element software, from which the main tensile stress field is obtained, and the locations of possible crack occurrence are speculated. The results show that if the large compaction roller is used for direct compaction during the back filling process, the maximum tensile stress of the station roof will be doubled, that increases the possibility of concrete cracking; while the increase of the soil elastic modulus can effectively control the maximum tensile stress of the station roof, therefore the reinforcement of the base soil can effectively prevent concrete cracking at metro station. The research also shows that although the range of steel bridge has little effect on the maximum tensile stress of the roof, it will change the tension range of the roof, so steel temporary bridges should be laid in a smaller range. In addition, crack control measures and the effects are introduced, providing reference for other similar projects.
