Cause Analysis of Supporting Bracket Crack in Shanghai Rail Transit Vehicle Primary Vertical Shock Absorber

摘要:
针对车辆转向架一系垂向减振器支撑座裂纹故障,建立了支撑座有限元模型,校核了支撑座强度。通过宏观及微观形貌、化学成分以及力学性能等理化分析,结合减振器实物试验,论证了该支撑座产生裂纹的具体原因。论证结论表明,由于支撑座存在焊补、铸造缩松及塑夹杂物等缺陷,当与其相连的减振器功能失效时,支撑座就会产生疲劳裂纹。
Abstracts:
For the crack problems that occur in the supporting bracket of the bogie primary vertical shock absorber, a finite element model of the supporting bracket is established and the strength of which is checked. Through physical and chemical analysis of the macroscopic and microscopic morphology, chemical composition and mechanical properties, and combined with shock absorber physical detection, the specific causes of the supporting bracket crack are detected. Because of the defects in weld repair, the casting shrinkage and plastic inclusions, when the shock absorber fails to function in connection with the supporting bracket, the fatigue cracks are bound to occur.
