双护盾隧道掘进机在极硬岩隧道施工中存在刀具磨损更换频繁、装备掘不动且施工效率低下的难题。以深圳地铁6号线羊台山隧道工程为研究对象,通过统计、参数相关分析的方法,提出:在双护盾隧道掘进机设计选型阶段前期,需要重点考虑高强度刀盘本体设计、刀具型式的选择及合理的刀间距布置方式;在施工过程中,可以进行破岩刀具的材料、刀具刃形优化,以及掘进参数与不同类别围岩的合理匹配选择。提出了适宜的双护盾隧道掘进机施工控制掘进参数。实践结果证明,硬岩刀盘的针对性设计与优化调整,以及合理的掘进参数选择,有效减少了换刀频次,降低了施工成本,保证了施工工期。
Abstracts:
Focusing on the frequent tool wear and replacement, equipment excavation failure and low construction efficiency of double shield TBM (tunnel boring machine) in the construction of extremely hard rock tunnel, the Yangtaishan Tunnel project on Shenzhen metro Line 6 is taken as the research object. Through mathematical statistics and parameter correlation analysis, it is pointed out that in the preliminary phase of design and the double shield TBM selection, the pertinence design of high-intensity driving cutter head, cutter type selection and reasonable cutter spacing should be emphasized; in the excavation of extremely hard rock tunnel, the rock-breaking cutter material, optimized cutter head and excavation parameters should be reasonably selected according to different surrounding rock types. Then, appropriate construction control tunneling parameters of double shield TBM are put forward. The research results show that the customized design and optimization of hard-rock cutter head and reasonable selection of excavation parameters can effectively decrease frequent tool replacement, lower the construction cost and ensure construction completion due.
