摘要:
随着各城市地铁建设的大力发展以及城市地下空间开发力度的不断增大,工程建设将面临越来越复杂的地质条件。花岗岩残积土层隧道施工时,地下水渗流会引起隧道结构受力不均、洞室和地表变形严重,以及隧道开挖过程中的塌方、失稳等问题。以广州地铁番禺广场站地铁工程为研究背景,分析了地下水渗流情况下花岗岩残积土的变形机理,详细阐述了实际工程中的超前支护及WSS(超前加固注浆)注浆施工技术。超前支护及WSS注浆的施工技术可以很好地应用于存在地下水渗流情况的花岗岩残积土层的隧道工程。
Abstracts:
With the rapid development of metro construction in cities and the increasing development intensity of urban underground space, the engineering construction is faced with geological conditions of growing complexity. When the tunnel is constructed in the granite residual soil, groundwater seepage often causes uneven stress on the tunnel structure, serious cavity and surface deformation, as well as the landslides and instability problems in the process of tunnel excavation. Taking Panyu Square Station project in Gangzhou metro as the research background, the deformation mechanism of the granite residual soil under the condition of groundwater seepage is analyzed; the fore-poling and WSS grouting construction technology in practical engineering is elaborated. The fore\|poling and WSS grouting can be well applied to the tunnel engineering projects that suffer from groundwater seepage in granite residual layer.
