摘要:
介绍了碳纤维复合材料在轨道交通领域的应用现状,分析了碳纤维复合材料的轻质高强、可靠性高、耐腐蚀、抗疲劳等性能特点,针对碳纤维复合材料转向架的整体化制造、大型模具工装制造及变形控制技术等关键技术,阐述了技术难点和解决措施。论证了碳纤维复合材料转向架技术应用的可行性。
Abstracts:
With an introduction of the carbon fiber composites application in urban rail transit, the performance characteristics of carbon fiber composites such as the light weight, high strength, high reliability, corrosion resistance and fatigue resistance are analyzed. Then, the key technical points and corresponding resolutions in integrated bogie manufacture process, large mould frock manufacturing technique and transmutation control technique based on carbon fiber composites are elaborated, the application feasibility of carbon fiber composites bogie is conformed.
