摘要:
针对西安某地铁隧道施工风险,对多指标人-机-环系统综合评价进行了探讨。在分析人员安全风险、机械设备安全风险、环境风险的基础上,结合模糊层次分析法,提出了一种新型的综合评价体系。该体系采用了梯形模糊层次分析法,来处理地铁隧道施工风险因素影响的不精确性和不确定性;并从人员安全风险因素、机械安全风险因素、环境风险因素三个方面建立了指标体系,通过建立成对比较矩阵以及计算指标权重,得出了模糊评价向量,从而将地铁隧道施工风险等级划分为不安全、较不安全、一般安全、较安全、很安全等5类,进而确定地铁隧道施工风险等级。梯形模糊层次分析具有较强的工程适用性,是评估地铁隧道施工风险的一种有效方法。基于该方法得到的地铁隧道施工风险等级,可为提高地铁隧道施工安全提供可靠的理论依据。
Abstracts:
In view of a metro tunnel construction risk in Xi’an City, the comprehensive evaluation of multi-index man-machine-environment system is discussed. Based on an analysis of personnel safety risk, mechanical equipment safety risk and environmental risk, and combined with fuzzy analytic hierarchy method, a new comprehensive evaluation system is proposed. The system uses trapezoidal fuzzy analytic hierarchy method to deal with the inaccuracy and uncertainty of the influences caused by risk factors during metro tunnel construction. Then,the index system is established from personnel safety risk factors, mechanical safety risk factors and environmental risk factorsthree aspects. By setting up a pairwise comparison matrix and the calculation index weight, a fuzzy evaluation vector is obtained, which categorizes the metro tunnel construction risks into five levels: unsafe, relatively unsafe, generally safe, relatively safe, and highly safe, and furthermore determines the risk level of metro tunnel construction. Due to the strong engineering applicability, the trapezoidal fuzzy analytic hierarchy method is an effective method to evaluate the construction risk of metro tunnels. The metro tunnelconstruction risk level obtained from this method can provide a reliable theoretical basis for improving the safety of metro tunnel construction.
