悬浮传感器是列车悬浮系统重要的组成部分,由于悬浮传感器安装在悬浮架发热电磁铁的端部,工作时会将热量传递到悬浮传感器,导致悬浮传感器输出数据漂移,从而影响悬浮稳定性。研究了悬浮传感器受温度的影响及隔热的必要性。通过试验证明,悬浮传感器受温度的变化,其数据的漂移值逐渐增大。当采用隔热材料的安装块,可以控制悬浮传感器的最高温度低于45 ℃,从而解决传感器温升过高而导致的数据飘移问题。
Abstracts:
The suspension sensor is an important part of the train suspension system. Since it is installed at the end of the heating electromagnet of the suspension frame, the heat will be transferred to the suspension sensor when it works, resulting in the output data drift and the instability of the suspension sensor. In this paper, the influence of temperature on the suspension sensor and the necessity of heat insulation is studied. Experiment shows that the drift value of the suspension sensor data increases gradually with the changes of temperature. When the mounting block of thermal insulation material is used, the maximum temperature of the suspension sensor can be controlled below 45 ℃, thus the problem of data drift caused by the sensor temperature rise is solved.
